As you all know, President Biden likes to "spin a yarn" as the media sometimes reports because they don't want to use the term "serial liar."
A couple of years ago The New York Times called Biden the nation's "storyteller in chief":
For more than four decades, Mr. Biden has embraced storytelling as a way of connecting with his audience, often emphasizing the truth of his account by adding, “Not a joke!” in the middle of a story. But Mr. Biden’s folksiness can veer into folklore, with dates that don’t quite add up and details that are exaggerated or wrong, the factual edges shaved off to make them more powerful for audiences.

Now imagine that same story if a Republican told a dozen lies per day.
When it comes to Biden's upbringing, he takes "spinning a yarn" to a whole new level. I said in the headline that Biden's not yet claimed to have been raised by a pack of wolves, but honestly, I can't verify that. It's possible Biden's attended a fundraiser at a zoo and was trying to squeeze an extra few dollars out of the Canis lupus handler and I missed it.
In any case, if anybody's wondering who raised a young Joe Biden, the answer is "pretty much everybody":

Back when the country had a national media that wasn't so incredibly agenda-driven and completely in the pocket of the Democrats they would call out things like Biden's "yarn-spinning":

That was when "journalist" wasn't necessarily a euphemism for "Democrat activist."
